Obviously I’m not quite ready for you to start keeping track of your electricity readings yet. But if you’re interested in joining in then I’d love to hear from you. Just drop me an email to info@tryingtobegreen.com and I’ll let you know as soon as I’ve got a beta version up and running.

If you want to start now then it’s really easy:

find your meter and write down the reading together with the date
wait a week or so and read your meter again
to find your daily electricity usage divide the difference between the readings by the number of days between readings.

My most recent daily usage is 22kWH which is quite high; I’m blaming my husband who has far too many computers!
